Tianwen (TW) Liu
Chairman & CEO of iSoftStone
Mr. Tianwen (TW) Liu is the founder, Chairman and CEO of iSoftStone Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu has over 20 years experience in technical and management roles in the IT industry. Prior to iSoftStone, Mr. Liu co-founded AsiaEC.com in 1999. During its growth, AsiaEC.com successfully raised private capital to fund its growth plan and in 2006 was acquired by Office Depot. Prior to AsiaEC.com, Mr. Liu served in multinational companies such as Bechtel and Siemens, gaining extensive experience in both information technology and international management. In recent years, he has been committed to promoting the development of China's IT outsourcing industry and the globalization of Chinese enterprises. Mr. Liu is a Sloan Fellow and holds an MBA degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.

Frank Feng
Executive Vice President of iSoftStone
Mr. Frank Feng is an Executive Vice President of iSoftStone Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. He is the head of the Japan and Korea Business Group and BPO Business. Mr. Feng excels at business management, project operation as well as financial control. Mr. Feng has also led a number of M&A transactions, which have contributed the fast growth of iSoftStone. Mr. Feng was the founder of United Innovation Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Feng worked for Mitsui & Co. (China) Ltd. and General Motors, and he participated in designing the first B2B exchanging platform in the world for Fortune 500 enterprises. Mr. Feng holds an MBA degree from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree from Beijing University.

Dr. Chung-Kao Hsieh
Partner of AsiaVest
Dr. Chung-Kao Hsieh (aka Peter Hsieh) is a partner of AsiaVest. Dr. Hsieh has been a director of iSoftStone since Novemer 2005 when he led Series A investment into iSoftStone. Prior to joining AsiaVest in 2004, Dr. Hsieh served as a partner of Harbinger Venture. Dr. Hsieh started his venture capital career in 1997 in Silicon Valley with InveStar Capital. His previous investments include Oplink (NASDAQ: OPLK,) OmniVision (NASDAQ: OVTI,) Ultima Interconnect (Acquired by Cadence, NYSE: CDN), and LXN (acquired by Johnson & Johnson, NYSE: JNJ).
Prior to his venture capital career, Dr. Hsieh spent several years with KLA Instruments as an engineer, engineering manager, then sales manager for Asia.
In addition to iSoftStone, Dr. Hsieh's currently serves as a board member of Lattice Power and Leyou. He received his master and PhD degree in engineering from Stanford University, and bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from National Taiwan University.

Benson Tam
Partner of Fidelity Asia Ventures
Mr. Benson Tam has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2007. Mr. Tam is a Partner of Fidelity Asia Ventures (FAV) since 2002, responsible for the TMT group. Benson has been active in Asian private equity since 1992 and developed and mentored numerous investee companies to become global enterprises, including Alibaba Group, Hurray! Holding, Locus Holdings, Kertih Petrochemical Sdn Bhd, Dialog Group and Hongkong International Terminals. He now serves on the boards of iSoftStone, Datuu.com, Netqin Mobile Inc., Xi'an HuaXun Microelectronics Inc., China Search Inc. and Dianji Holdings. Prior to joining FAV, Benson was a partner of Electra Partners Asia for four years, and was the previous founding director of Hellman & Friedman Asia for seven years. He is a UK Chartered Accountant. He is a Civil Engineering graduate from Imperial College of London University and holds a Master of Science (Computing) from Oxford University.

Ling He
Chairwoman of the Board of China Everbright Investment Management
Ms. Ling He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. Ms. He currently is Chairwoman of the Board of China Everbright Investment Management, a private equity firm associated with China Everbright Bank. She is also a Director of Unionpay Merchant Services Limited. Ms. He is a senior investment professional with over 15 years of experience in the investment markets in Hong Kong and mainland China. She joined Everbright Securities Company Limited in 1993 and was appointed as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer in 1998. She served as an Executive Director of China Everbright Limited (CEL) from 2000 to 2007, and Deputy General Manager from 2007 to 2008. She holds a Bachelor's in Finance from Hunan Finance and Economics University, and has obtained a Master's in Economics from Shanxi Finance and Economics University. Top |
Al-Noor Ramji
Executive Vice President and General Manager for Banking of Misys plc
Al-Noor joined Misys as EVP GM for Banking in April 2010.
He was previously CIO of Swiss Bank Corporation, where he was promoted to COO, Europe.
Al-Noor was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BT Design and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of BT Group plc. Prior to BT, Al-Noor was Executive Vice President and CIO for Qwest Communications from 2001 to 2004. He founded and was CEO of Webtek Software, an India-based software house. Previously he held senior positions with Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, CSFB and UBS.
Mr. Ramji is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from London University.

Xiaosong (Jonathan) Zhang
CFO of BJB Career Education
Mr. Xiaosong (Jonathan) Zhang has been an Independent Director of iSoftStone since 2010. Since June 2009, Mr. Zhang has been the Chief Financial Officer of BJB Career Education, and was the Chief Financial Officer of Emarket Holding Group (SkyFlying Media –China) from February 2008 to May 2009, and Chinacars Inc. from February 2007 to January 2008. Prior to January 2007, Mr. Zhang was the Chief Financial Officer of Vimicro International Corp. (NASDAQ: VIMC). From September 2000 to September 2004, Mr. Zhang was a senior audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Beijing Office. Between 1995 and 1999, Mr. Zhang was working at KPMG Los Angeles Office in the U.S. as a senior auditor. Mr. Zhang holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Master's degree in Professional Meteorology from St. Louis University and a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology from Peking University.
