iSoftStone takes corporate citizenship to heart. Our team enjoys the privilege of giving back to our local communities and caring for the world around us. This commitment to caring includes corporate philanthropy, community volunteerism, and environmentally smart practices.

Philanthropy
As a company, we support several organizations that work to improve education and health conditions around the world. Their charitable actions include providing quality education for impoverished children and raising funds to fight cancer. In addition to providing our sponsorship, we often assist these programs with technology consulting, Web site development, and other professional services.

With the A to Z Campaign: Raising Communities Through Education, iSoftStone is working to empower women and children through education by funding educational scholarships, providing school supplies, and subsidizing operational costs for non-profits that are dedicated to this cause.

In partnership with VillageSteps, iSoftStone supports educational opportunities for orphaned and vulnerable children in Zambia. Africa is one of the most impoverished regions in the developing world, and empowering the people of Zambia is a crucial step in this critical fight.

Through Project Hope, iSoftStone sponsors a high school in one of the poorest regions in southwest China. Through this one-on-one program, iSoftStone volunteers provide students with supplies and text books, and assist with tuition.

Volunteerism
The spirit of giving is also evident in the volunteer work of our iSoftStone associates. Some examples include creating promotional materials for a worldwide housing charity and providing clean-up assistance to flood victims. iSoftStone applauds these efforts and supports individual employees who may want to take on a specific project to help those in need.

Environment
To preserve our valuable natural resources, iSoftStone strives to lead the way in protecting the environment. We integrate power conservation into our daily processes and also promote the use of recycled paper, which helps preserve forest resources and creates less pollution overall.
