Dear Clients and Partners,

Please be advised that the company name of "iSoftStone Information Service Corporation" will be officially changed to "iSoftStone Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd". Starting from October 20, 2009.

We will begin to use the new name on all of our official documents and in all our business activities going forward. All contracts and legal documents previously signed by "iSoftStone Information Service Corporation" will remain valid, and the corresponding obligations and rights will be assumed by "iSoftStone Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd." The name change will not affect business process, and point of contact that you have.
