iSoftStone CEO TW Liu Participates as a Panelist in Microsoft (China) Software Outsourcing Summit 2009

On December 3, 2009, Microsoft (China) Software Outsourcing Summit 2009 was held in Wuxi. iSoftStone Chairman & CEO TW Liu and Executive Vice President Ying Huang were invited to attend the summit and TW Liu participated as a panelist in the event.

On the CEO panel discussion with the theme of "Envisioning the Future” – Opportunities and Challenges for Global M&A, TW Liu shared his views on the importance of corporate finance and M&A as enablers of growth, outsourcing industry prospects and valuable experiences from iSoftStone’s overseas acquisitions and senior talent management.

The aim of the Microsoft (China) Software Outsourcing Summit 2009 has been to exchange ideas and discuss how to enhance the core competitiveness and to accelerate the global platform of leading China-based outsourcing providers (of whom Microsoft is a client). Dr. Ya-Qin Zhang, Corporate Vice President of Microsoft, Wuxi government officials, industry experts from Gartner and Accenture, as well as ChinaSoft, hiSoft and VanceInfo also participated in the summit.
