iSoftStone Participates in KPMG 2010 China Outsourcing Summit

BEIJING, CHINA (July 13, 2010) – Seth Pinegar, Senior Vice President & Head of Corporate Development, represented iSoftStone in the 2010 KPMG China Outsourcing Summit, which involved numerous industry leaders, including industry analysts, ITO/BPO service providers, domestic and MNC client companies and investment professionals – totalling more than 300 individuals.  With the theme “Aligning Growth with Talent”, Seth represented iSoftStone as a panelist in two forums, one on “IT and BPO Options” (an industry participant panel discussion important issues facing China’s outsourcing industry) and the second on “M&A / Capital Market / Private Equity Considerations” (focused on industry consolidation and investment considerations).  The Summit was co-sponsored by O’Melveny & Myers and was held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Beijing.

In addition to iSoftStone, other industry participants in the Summit included VanceInfo, Chinasoft International, Bleum, Next Horizon, China Data Group and CSC.  Domestic Chinese and MNC client panellists and presenters included Avery Dennison, China Chem, HP, Boeing and Wells Fargo, in addition to numerous others as participants.  With iSoftStone’s status as a leading China-based provider of consulting & solutions, IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing, its executives are called upon frequently by media and industry analysts to comment on industry developments and trends, and future direction of the industry.
