  • Managed Firewalls – ISOFTSTONE prevents outsiders from accessing your private data and controls which outside resources internal users access with the latest in managed firewalls. As a managed service, ISOFTSTONE installs and manages Check Point, the industry's most proven perimeter security as part of your solution using both FireWall-1 and VPN-1. FireWall-1 protects all network resources against attacks and unauthorized access at both the network and application level. VPN-1 is the most comprehensive set of security products and technologies for remote access, intranet, and extranet VPNs. Both FireWall-1 and VPN-1 utilize INSPECT, the industry's most adaptive and intelligent inspection technology, to deliver a highly scalable solution that integrates all aspects of network security. ISOFTSTONE gives you the flexibility to specify which protocols and ports may be allowed or disallowed according to your security policy. ISOFTSTONE makes managed firewalls available on either a dedicated or shared basis, depending on your comfort level and costs considerations.
  • Managed VPNs – ISOFTSTONE gives you the ability to use the Internet to provide remote offices and/or individual users with secure access to your organization's network through a virtual private network (VPN). Using the latest in encryption standards and authentication, ISOFTSTONE gives you as many “tunnels” as you need to keep all your key stakeholders securely connected. ISOFTSTONE manages and monitors your VPN connections to proactively prevent problems and reliably avoid business threatening downtime. Additionally, with every ISOFTSTONE Dedicated Managed Firewall, ISOFTSTONE includes up to two site-to-site VPN tunnels, with the option of adding more as necessary.
  • Network Intrusion Detection Services (NIDS) – ISOFTSTONE provides the ability to provide early attack warnings and detect worm activity before your data is seriously damaged with the ISOFTSTONE Network Intrusion Detection Services (NIDS). As part of the core, shared service, ISOFTSTONE deploys, operates, updates and monitors network traffic through the use of sensors placed at the Internet perimeter of ISOFTSTONE data centers. ISOFTSTONE also provides NIDS on a dedicated basis, which provides additional abilities such as alerts from within client environments, scheduled reporting, and real time monitoring should you have higher security requirements.
  • Vulnerability Management – As part of the core service, ISOFTSTONE subscribes to leading vulnerability alert services that deliver proactive intelligence, enabling administrators to identify the latest vulnerabilities that could threaten your environment. With personalized notification triggers and expert analysis, the system enables enterprises to prioritize IT resources in order to better protect critical information assets against a potential attack. Using statistically reliable attack information, the system delivers automated, prioritized notifications. Immediately after a vulnerability surfaces, the service notifies the ISOFTSTONE Information Risk Management Team who verifies the credibility of the vulnerability, identifies the source, communicates to the team, and resolves the problem. Additionally, ISOFTSTONE provides the ability to view monthly security alerts reports through an online portal.
  • Disaster Recovery and Backup – ISOFTSTONE offers a system backup service that saves all recent client data and makes it available immediately should the unthinkable happen. ISOFTSTONE maintains a secured backup facility and a firewall protected backup network which can backup your environment according to your schedule, daily, weekly or monthly. ISOFTSTONE offers backup services on either a fixed monthly basis or on a variable, usage based schedule, depending on your requirements.
