Dr. Huang is committed to building a perfect human resources system for iSoftStone, which it stimulates organizational vitality and creates an innovative atmosphere to make human resources become the core driving force for the continuous development of iSoftStone.
At the same time, Dr. Huang insists on customer-centered, emphasis on capacity center, quality and operation system, project management system and safety compliance system to help the company's business development and the growth model from resource-driven change to "resource + capability" driven.
Dr. Huang co-founded United Innovation Ltd. in 2002 and built the company to be one of the well-known IT service providers in China within three years. United Innovation Ltd. has successfully merged with iSoftStone in 2005.
Prior to iSoftStone and United Innovation, Dr. Huang worked for Capital Network，Lucent, AT&T Labs and Air Force Institute of Technology. Dr. Huang has more than 20 years professional experience in the telecom and in high-tech industry.
Dr. Huang holds a PhD from Rutgers University, and B.S. from Tsinghua University.
